About Bench32

Bench32 is designed to help dental labs receive case submissions and view each case’s details and files together. It is currently in development. Signing up records your interest; it does not create an active service account or start a paid subscription.

Using the website and demos

Use this website lawfully. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with other users. Use sample information in demos and do not upload real patient information to example forms.

Your case information

When using the case submission service, you are responsible for the accuracy of submitted details and for having permission to share patient information and files. You retain ownership of your content and allow Bench32 to process it to provide the service to the receiving lab.

Files are kept for 30 days

When case uploads are available, Bench32 will keep uploaded files for only 30 days from upload, then delete them. Keep your own copies before that period ends. Bench32 is not a permanent archive for scans, photographs or other attachments.

Plans and billing

The plans shown on this website count submitted cases, not completed cases. Any paid service, billing arrangements and plan-limit rules will be presented before you agree to a subscription. Submitting the signup form does not authorise a payment.

Professional responsibility and availability

Check case details before using them for clinical or laboratory work. Bench32 supports communication and organisation; it does not provide clinical advice or replace your professional judgement. Features and availability may change as the service develops.

Your rights and contact

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law. For questions about these terms, contact hello@bench32.com.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Bench32 develops. The updated version and date will appear on this page.
